- Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address.

- Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when order has been placed

- Business days do not include public holidays or weekends

-Overseas orders may incur customs fees. Protea Creations is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of Protea Creations’ control.
